Your mission :

•  Support the continuous improvement of processes within Challenge Handling.

• Contribute to the management of Quality (QMS) & Safety (SMS) systems.

• Conduct internal & external audits, analyze workflows, and suggest improvements.

• Lead and coordinate assigned projects from planning to implementation.

• Develop innovative management tools to improve work processes & communication.

• Deliver quality training sessions and promote internal communication.

Your profile : Experience & Skills

• Master’s degree (Civil/Industrial Engineer, Business Management)

  OR a Bachelor’s degree (analytical field) + 2 years of experience in quality/safety management

  OR 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Analytical mindset :

  – Takes a critical approach to received information.

  – Proposes solutions based on analysis.

  – Understands problems in a broader context and their implications.

  – Diagnoses issues by investigating and identifying root causes.

• Strong communication & influencing skills :

  – Effectively conveys ideas and findings.

  – Engages and influences stakeholders to drive improvements.

  – Capable of leading discussions and engaging teams.

• Project management :

  – Plans, organizes, and follows up on assigned projects.

• Organized, autonomous, rigorous, and creative.
