CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

As a Customer Service employee, you are primarily responsible for encoding and tracking data related to customer goods reservations

Your tasks include

  • Encode data into the ERP system,
  • Liaise between the various stakeholders (clients, representatives, other departments,…),
  • Take care of sensitive files (loss, damage, etc.),
  • Manage ongoing complaints.

 

Responsibilities

  • Encode merchandise data into the ERP system,
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service,
  • Manage a large number of incoming emails and calls,
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools,
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines; follow to ensure resolution,
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies,
  • Be a direct point of contact for customers,
  • Produce KPI reports as needed,
  • Be a back-up to other team members.

 

Job Requirement

  • Fluency in English (minimum B2) is mandatory,
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or as a customer service representative is a plus,
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/react to different personality types,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent teamwork skills,
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to learn,
  • Resistance to stress
  • Proactivity,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize and manage time effectively.
