CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
As a Customer Service employee, you are primarily responsible for encoding and tracking data related to customer goods reservations
Your tasks include
- Encode data into the ERP system,
- Liaise between the various stakeholders (clients, representatives, other departments,…),
- Take care of sensitive files (loss, damage, etc.),
- Manage ongoing complaints.
Responsibilities
- Encode merchandise data into the ERP system,
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service,
- Manage a large number of incoming emails and calls,
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools,
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines; follow to ensure resolution,
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies,
- Be a direct point of contact for customers,
- Produce KPI reports as needed,
- Be a back-up to other team members.
Job Requirement
- Fluency in English (minimum B2) is mandatory,
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or as a customer service representative is a plus,
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/react to different personality types,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent teamwork skills,
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn,
- Resistance to stress
- Proactivity,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize and manage time effectively.
