👉 Position Role

• The employee coordinates and manages the trucking services provided to Challenge Airlines customers for shipments under the shipping agent in Europe. In this context, they support the customer in various processes (delivery time, weight, billing, truck aspects…).
• Our 24/7 activity involves flex minded people and adapted rosters.

🚦  Responsibilities

• Maintain constant contact with customers’ commercial services (for price confirmation).
• Communicate with various warehouses (to organize the pickup of goods).
• Liaise with transportation companies to ensure transport follow-up.
• Order the necessary trucks (commercial delivery imperatives, choice of trucks, proper truck planning) or cancel orders.
• Possess basic customs knowledge (EX1, DDU, T1…) for effective scheduling.
• Be able to enter data into the PRIORITY system.
• Prepare the handover at the end of each shift.
• Follow and respect « Pharma » handling procedures based on the SLA and SOP « pharma » and the training program provided.

• Training:
  • Proven professional experience for the role
• Qualities :
  • Rigorous, persistent, methodical, good oral and written communication, pedagogical, diplomatic in communication, creative, dynamic.
• Behaviours and attitudes :
• Proactive in the field, ability to anticipate commercial situations,
• Active listening, conflict management, negotiation techniques,
• Respect company values, procedures, regulations, and implemented policies.
• Specific knowledge :
• Knowledge of customs regulations.
• Proficiency in English and French; other languages are a plus.
• Proficient in computer tools.
• Knowledge of international trucking.
