👉 Position Role
- Ensure that all cargo operations are conducted in accordance with the company and industry standards, procedures, and regulations with the highest level of safety;
- Be the point of contact for all cargo related inquiries. Interacting with the AOCs, Commercial, OCC, MCC, and Handling,
- Be the point of contact for all cargo load ability related inquiries, interacting with the AOCs and Commercial teams,
- Reporting and escalating cargo and aircraft loading related matters to the appropriate stake holders,
- Monitoring ramp and warehouse cargo handling activities,
- Ensuring all paperwork is in accordance with industry regulations and company standards,
- Actively assist in the supervision of the daily activity, and act as the cross AOC representative.
🚦 Responsibilities
- Monitors and confirms Truck orders and financial condition,
- finalizing income and revenue on shipments,
- Supervising and monitoring shipments, charges and AWB/Trucks costs.
- Checking AWB/Trucks costs invoices and updating the system accordingly,
- Controlling costumer’s requests regarding any change in income/costs while informing the sales team or commercial manager.
📜 Qualifications, experience and skills
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma,
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in customer support or as a client service representative with airline or a GSA,
- Knowledge of airline booking system (Priority, IBS, SkyChain, Cargospot),
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening,
- Familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems and practices,
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters,
- Initiative to manage the various situations that may arise,
- A warm, welcoming personality and positive, flexible attitude,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent teamwork skills,
- Open-minded and willing to learn,
- Energetic with a strong work ethic,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
- Fluent in English(basic) is a must.
